Custodial Engineer
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. Your position as a Custodial Engineer includes cleaning, supply repair, maintaining work area, and inventory.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform cleaning and/or light maintenance assignments
- Respond and attend to repair requests
- Troubleshoots and repair equipment malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Prior cleaning equipment repair knowledge (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
