Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining talent acquisitions portal
- Reviewing/interviewing applicants
- Conduct orientation
- Onboarding procedures
- Maintain annual compliance documents
- Post open position on social media and job boards
- employee engagement and retention strategies
- Maintain Employee recognition programs
- Assisting with other HR functions
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of recruitment process
- Able to exercise great initiative in independent judgement
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Able to interpret employment legislation, policies and agreements
- Able to establish and maintain positive work environment
- Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
- Ability to speak, write, and read English language
Requirements for Application:
- At least two years Recruitment experience or pursuing degree in Human Resources
- Acceptable criminal background check
- Flexible schedule to work outside normal business hours occasionally
- Valid drivers license
Physical Demands:
The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to thirty pounds.
